Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office release mugshot and details
Manowar’s Karl Logan was arrested and charged with six counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor on the 9th of August 2018 by Mecklenburg County Sheriffs Office and released on bail set at $35,000. Third degree sexual exploitation of a minor is classed as “possession of material that contains a visual representation of a minor engaging in sexual activity” which is a Class H felony and carries a 4-8 month prison sentence. Conviction will also usually result in being placed on the sex offender’s register for life.
Logan joined Manowar in 1994 and is a part of their Final Battle Farewell Tour which resumes in February. Manowar has yet to release a statement about the arrest while the administrator of their Facebook page has been deleting all comments related to it.
